Robertson Alger & Spjute is a multi-practice law firm in downtown Salt Lake City.
Immediate opportunity for an associate attorney with 0-3 years experience. Practice areas primarily include family law, personal injury, immigration, criminal, civil litigation, and estate planning.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Must have an active Utah bar license
- Draft pleadings, appear at hearings, draft and argue motions effectively, conduct research and draft memoranda, take and defend depositions, and effectively conduct evidentiary hearings
- Commitment to excellent client relations
- Manage, process, and closely monitor caseload from inception to resolution
- Counsel clients and potential clients on legal matters and strategy
- Oversee and coordinate with paralegal and non-attorney staff as needed
- Meet monthly billable hour requirement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
